Toju Edun has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 14 years as a senior business and technical consultant on projects involving voice and data networks. He joined Easynet Ltd ( Now part of the BSKYB global media group), one of the largest pan European broadband company in 1997 as a business consultant and held senior positions within the sales and marketing department until 2005 when he decided to return to Nigeria start the toff vision with fellow partners.
During his years at Easynet, Toju Henry Edun achieved record sales target for the company was awarded Senior Business Consultant of the Year, four years consecutively from 1998 to 2002.
Toju expects to engage the “LETS TALK” service and the Toff brand, to create significant fast growth opportunities for Nigerians. This will catapult “LETS TALK” from the “visionary” to “niche” to” trend setter” position in the voice conferencing marketplace, which is currently virgin in the Nigeria communications space.
In his role as Chief Information Officer, he adds tremendous value when challenging the direction, decisions and thinking within TOFF Management, provoking thinking, inspiring and motivating thoughts and actions, whilst providing a sounding board to help provide a check and balance processes within the Toff organizational structure.
Toju is no nonsense results driven entrepreneur, business consultant, facilitator and coach that does all it takes to avoid time wasters!
Toju is at heart a professional influencer and has already opened many doors to start the incredible success journey that TOFF management is now engaged in.
Toju studied Geology at the university of Greenwich and psychology at the University of London both in the United Kingdom.
With 11 years experience in risk based auditing, financial control & reporting, financial due diligence, loan and equity financing and tax planning & compliance, Femi is equipped with extensive analysis, reporting, projects and man-management skills.
Whilst in PricewaterhouseCoopers, in addition to managing statutory audits of medium – large sized group companies with turnovers between N5 billion and N20 billion, He also led the team in a widely publicised forensic audit engagement.
In the last 24 months, his focus has been on financial control, corporate strategy, corporate finance and procurement. In particular, he has been instrumental in developing accounting policies and procedures, establishing internal control procedures, debt and equity financing (key player in recent $250 million debt and equity financing from IFC), negotiating prices and payment terms with major suppliers and creating a fixed assets register, amongst other things for Nigeria’s first telecoms infrastructure collocation company.
Prior to coming to Nigeria in April 2006, he was Practice Senior at Wilson Wright & Co (WW), chartered accountants and registered auditors for over 4 years. At WW he was head of the Business Services Unit, an outsourcing function where he performed financial control and management accounting services for international clients with headquarters outside the UK.
He is a fellow of ACCA and an associate member of ICAN. He also has a BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance degree from Middlesex University Business School, Hendon, London.
